After discussing my goals with Subita I started off with the New Member Introduction Pack, I am so glad I did as at the two private sessions I was able to get a really good handle on the basics before getting involved in a group mat session.

Easy for me to start a new workout routine and maintain it.

Highly recommended to anyone who would like to give Pilates a go!

I simply enjoy going to pilates class here! The place is nice and clean and has a great vibe. There are variations on the workouts each class so it doesn’t get boring for me. I can really feel my arms getting toned after doing 3 classes a week for the past month!

Strength in Balance has such a positive and welcoming environment and the classes are really great! There’s always a new variety of exercises every time I do a class and Subita is so lovely.
